Actually, the NWS did predict this :o)

I watched this movie this morning-

Entertaining. Very Disney "kid's movie." Lucious Pixar animation... look at this background!

It was nothing I imagined based on the few trailers I had seen, but then again, few movies are. Check it out at your local library (I snagged mine from work: it was in processing and wasn't going anywhere until Monday).

I enjoyed it as well... After you accept the premise, it falls together better :}

Heh, I had to restart the movie two minutes in because I wasn't sure if I read a title correctly :o)

Apparently, says IMDb, this was plagued with production problems and released well beyond schedule. It wasn't well received, but I thought it was well done.

And meanwhile, we have 18°C here... not that I'm complaining, it's actually nice being able to go out in a short-sleeved shirt and all that jazz.

We had temps in the same range for most of last week, so today's windy 0°C was a bit abrupt. And there is more pesky snow in the forecast.

Mmm, yeah — snow's nice, but everything has its place. Once it's became this warm it shouldn't start snowing again.

Here its been in the 50s with rain and wind lately.
Still can get chilly in the morning and at night though, so I'll probably be keeping the snowblower, ice melt and shovels ready to go just in case for the time being.

Your photo there reminds me of what I saw here around Easter this year. The snow was coming down pretty good.

Come Monday we were hit with 6-8" of heavy, wet snow! I'm glad I kept the weights in the truck bed or I'd have been stuck on the highway with others less fortunate. There's hardly a trace now, four days on, after warmer temps and heavy rains. What a roller coaster Spring :o)

Oh my! Yeah, that stuff is nasty.
I'm glad that you were able to get through it there. Getting stuck on the highway is no fun, especially if one has to wait until the road is clear to get their car out.

Seems like this is turning into an interesting Spring for quite a few out there. Here, I cannot say for sure we are done with winter as it still gets in the 20s and 30s for the lows, but there has been mostly rain and wind here lately.

Yes, driving was awful- I helped a guy with Florida plates who seemed to have no snow-driving savvy, and worn tires to boot. Watching him slide away was frightening and I took an alternate route home so I wouldn't have to keep pushing him back into traffic...

We've got a week of rainy, but milder weather ahead. Grass is greening, buds are budding, and soon the gnats will feast on me when outdoors!

I can't help but feel the trailer didn't serve it well - certainly, it didn't inspire much enthusiasm for it in me. But, it does seem to be actually a good flick regardless - it'll likely fall into a Saturday night screening at some point. (If only I could buy a copy of Zootopia now, but the moguls say I must wait another few months, or settle for a cam)

I wish I could be looking out on snow! But, here, I only see that for possibly a day or so in a year, if that, and the Bay tends not to fare much better. ^_^;

Zootopia will be a distant memory to many by the time I see the movie. I hate to think it, but I may not even like it after all the hoopla, and references dropped in blogs and tweets.

I finally saw the last Star Wars on Tuesday as well. A bit behind I am...

I liked the Dino flick, but then, I also liked John Carter :D And Frozen! All purely for entertainment, no delving into situations for inconsistencies or other critical commentary.
