I don't want to drop any spoilers so can only say my usual "deep breath, forget the trailer" mantra. The animation was so detailed that it was hard to remember these were cartoon backgrounds... but we only just got the HD TV in September so maybe I'm just easily impressed.
I think my favorite character, besides Max, was the Pomeranian, Gidget.
